2001 thru 2004 LB7’s will require fuel hose rerouting
This improved filter head does not use the heater connection and O-ring found on previous model years. The heater is not needed. When installing into 2001-2010 model year trucks you will not be connecting the fuel filter head heater wires to head assembly or the water in fuel sensor. This will not cause any drive-ability issues or check engine lights.

Notes:
- This filter head eliminates the fuel heater, simply secure the wiring out of the way, it will not causes issues or illuminate check engine lights
- Installation will also require additional fuel line and rerouting to work properly on early 2001-2004 LB7 model year trucks.
