Before You Buy

Yes, we can customize product dimensions, shapes, and colors according to your requirements. The price for custom orders may differ from our standard size range and typically requires a 2-5 week lead time. Please contact us via our Contact Us page for a quote and more information.
We believe our products offer top-tier stability. The real question is how well the product is built to minimize any potential instability – we believe our products will exceed your expectations for sturdiness.
Orders & Payment
We accept various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and more. We also accept bank transfers – please contact us via our contact page for bank transfer payment information.
All orders will receive an email order confirmation after processing. A copy of your invoice will be attached to the email for your records. Please click the link in the order confirmation to download the PDF.
Your tracking details will be sent via email and SMS if you provided a mobile number. Once your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. This tracking information will update once your parcel receives its initial scan from our courier, then you can track your parcel’s progress online!
Shipping Service
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping structure based on the type of products you order. If ordering multiple product types, product orders will be combined, and when your order reaches $40, we will cover the shipping cost for you.
The following shipping costs will vary depending on your product type and whether your order total reaches $40:
- Large Products: $9.95
- Extra Large Products: $19.95
- Small Accessories: $4.95
*Additional shipping charges may apply to rural/remote areas. If this occurs, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the additional fee or provide the option to cancel your order.
Our warehouse is located in a major city, and in-stock orders placed before 12 pm on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.

Warranty & Returns
Resetting the control box will likely solve the problem. Resetting is a simple process that takes less than a minute and will fix most product errors. Complete product reset instructions can be found in the user manual included with the product or online in the specifications tab on the product page.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue or you need additional assistance, please submit a claim via our Return Request. Once received, our customer service team member will review your claim and contact you as soon as possible.
We provide warranties for all products we sell.
We offer an impressive 3-year replacement warranty for our core product series. Please view our complete Return Request here for warranty periods for all products and how to file a return request.
During the warranty period, we will replace any necessary parts to correct material or workmanship defects and defects affecting product function or operation.
Product Usage
Each product comes with easy-to-follow user manuals and step-by-step assembly instructions. These are also available as downloadable online resources in the specifications tab on each product page.
Please also watch the helpful assembly videos for each product. Our products assemble in just 30 minutes, and all products we provide come with threaded screw inserts or pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible.
